Local seafood and tiki drinks in a former service station ... that's The Buoy. Chef Tito Quinones turned the curved Fairfax building into a neighborhood seafood restaurant with a full bar. Look for the red buoy at Herschel and San Juan, between Avondale and Ortega. Its Instagram has the restaurant's updates.
